“The Lord’s Grace”

Do not take for granted the Lord’s Grace by using forgiveness to do evil by this thought: “God will forgive me, so it’s okay,”

Or you will be like the wicked and lost as their futile minds are filled with darkness, too blind in God’s Truth to know the Way

Remember to strive for perfection, though we will fail at times, as the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak to do God’s Will

This, we need to remember in meditation with delight in our hearts, God’s Word, seeking in Him in prayer, and quietly being still

When others harm us and cause us pain that is too much to bear while we cry endlessly in tears for the sins of others done

Truly, we need to also cry tears of pain that we cause to our Father when we grieve the Holy Spirit sent in the Name of God’s Son

The Lord does have pain in His heart from the wicked and evil things that we do as it says in Genesis 6:5-6  which speaks of God’s heart

Even though God had regret for creating mankind, He still loved us by keeping a precious promise to Noah and his family, a new start

The Lord is full of compassion, love, mercy, and grace; But remember to fear the Lord as He is Almighty and Powerful in all the earth

He sent His Son Jesus to be born of a virgin, teach, heal, forgive sins, give His life on the cross, rise again, revealing hearts to a new birth

When Jesus came here, He spoke the Truth of the heart, showing that what we think in our minds is equal to committing the sinful act

Words that are spoken out of the mouth reveals the heart, whether it is love or hate, WE DO MEAN IT; Repent to God by saying it’s a fact

Ask the Lord to rid you of your evil thoughts which come out of the mouth for all to hear, ignore the lie of Satan; he says it isn’t so

Satan’s lies continue to trick us and we listen as we say, “I was only angry and didn’t mean what I said.”  Listen to God, acknowledge and know

The ugliness in our hearts we cannot hide, it is a big deal,the hate that is deep within ourselves, repenting is knowing Truth and hating all sin

by humbly confessing the Truth of every evil thought and deed to bring out what is dark to be seen in God’s light as He will forgive all things

Never take lightly the Lord’s Grace as all sin is deserving of death in the lake of fire; Let’s always be thankful in Grace for the reconciliation it brings

Genesis 6:5-8 The Lord saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time.  The Lord was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.  So the Lord said, “I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth–men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air–for I am grieved that I have made them.”  But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.  Genesis 9:11-15″ I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth.”  And God said, ” This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:  I have set my rainbow in the clouds over the earth.  Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind.  Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.

Jeremiah 31:31-32 “The time is coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.  It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them, ” declares the Lord.  Joel 2:28-29  “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.  Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.  Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.  Romans 9:1-8 I speak the truth in Christ–I am not lying, my conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit–I have great anguish in my heart.  For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, those of my own race, the people of Israel.  Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises.  Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised!  Amen.  It is not as though God’s word failed.

For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel.  Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham’s children.  On the contrary, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.”  In other words, it is not the natural children who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.  Romans 9:24-29 even us, whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?  As he says in Hosea: “I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people; and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one,”  and “It will happen that in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ they will be called sons of the living God.’ “

Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: “Though the number of Israelites be like the sand by the sea, only the remnant will be saved.  For the Lord will carry out his sentence on earth with speed and finality.”  It is just as Isaiah said previously: “Unless the Lord Almighty had left us descendants, we would have become like Sodom, we would have become like Gomorrah.”

“Be Still, And Know That I Am God:” Psalm 46:10 a THE END IS OUR JOY

We need to all be still and know that He is God and our helper in times of trouble.  All that we are so busy with means nothing, but God is the very focus of our hearts, minds, and souls.  Sit quietly in Awe of our God!  Psalm 46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.  Selah.  There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.  God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved:  God shall help her, and that right early.  The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.  The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.  Selah.  Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.  He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.  BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD:  I WILL BE EXALTED AMONG THE heathen, I WILL BE EXALTED AMONG THE earth.  The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge, Selah.

Psalm 47-48  O CLAP YOUR HANDS, ALL YE PEOPLE; SHOUT UNTO GOD WITH THE VOICE OF TRIUMPH.  FOR THE LORD MOST HIGH IS TERRIBLE, HE IS A GREAT KING OVER ALL THE EARTH.  HE SHALL SUBDUE THE PEOPLE UNDER US, AND THE NATIONS UNDER OUR FEET.  HE SHALL CHOOSE OUR INHERITANCE FOR US, THE EXCELLENCY OF Jacob WHOM HE LOVED.  SELAH.  GOD IS GONE UP WITH A SHOUT, THE LORD WITH THE SOUND OF A TRUMPET.  SING PRAISES TO GOD, SING PRAISES; SING PRAISES UNTO OUR KING; SING PRAISES.  FOR GOD IS THE KING OF ALL THE earth; SING PRAISES YE PRAISES WITH UNDERSTANDING.  GOD REIGNETH OVER THE heathen:  GOD SITTETH UPON THE THRONE OF HIS HOLINESS.  THE princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of GOD OF Abraham; for the shields of the earth belong unto GOD:  HE IS GREATLY EXALTED.

GREAT IS THE LORD, AND GREATLY TO BE PRAISED IN THE CITY OF our GOD, IN THE mountain of HIS HOLINESS.  Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the GREAT KING.  GOD IS KNOWN IN her palaces for a refuge.  For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.  They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.  Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail.  Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.  As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, in the city of our GOD:  GOD will establish it for ever.  Selah.  We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O GOD, in the midst of THY TEMPLE.  According to THY NAME, O GOD, so is THY PRAISE unto the ends of the earth:  THY RIGHT HAND is full of righteousness.  Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of THY JUDGMENTS.  Walk about Zion, and go round about her:  tell the towers thereof.  Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following.  FOR THIS GOD IS our GOD FOR EVER AND EVER: HE WILL BE our GUIDE EVEN UNTO DEATH.

“Know The True Jesus” Jesus is God, the Living Word came in the flesh, Always Perfect

John 1:1-18 IN THE beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The same was in the beginning with God.  All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  In him was life; and the life was the light of men.  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.  There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.  The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.  He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.  That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.  He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.  He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:  Which were born, not of blood, nor the will of the flesh, nor the will of man, but of God.  And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.  John bear witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.  And of his fulness, have all we received, and grace for grace.  For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.  No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.  John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Jesus was perfect as He is God the Son and He never sinned while he was here on this earth as He is the perfect Lamb of God, tempted in every way, but yet He never sinned.  When He turned over the tables in the temple it was not a sin as it was God’s anger and God is pure.  The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus was without sin and took on our sin on the cross and so we could become the righteousness of God, clothed in the perfect Lamb of God’s blood.  If Jesus did sin, then He would not be God who became flesh and is the Living Word to live and die.  The Bible would be a lie and we know better as the Holy Spirit teaches and rebukes the false lies that Satan declares. Read with Truth in your heart in 2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.  Hebrews 4:14-16 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.  For we have not an high priest, which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.  Let us therefore come boldly before the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.  1 John 5: 7-8 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.  And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

 

“My Intercessor”

Words fail me, requests and thoughts are non-existent right now, my heavenly Father.  I cannot grasp any concept to say anything to seek your help, and yet in your infinite wisdom there is nothing too big or small for you to consider it a bother.  For your ways are not my ways and your thoughts are higher than mine.  Even though you are so Powerful and Almighty, you love me and care for me with such a magnificent heart that is so Merciful and Kind.  Right now at this very moment you are speaking to my heart so clearly; and telling me that I have an Intercessor who is praying for me with groanings which cannot be uttered because I am so loved by You so dearly.  Praise the Lord for my Intercessor, my Helper that God has given me!  And all because of God’s Great Love, Mercy as Jesus’ willingness to die on a tree; the Son of Man which is Christ the Savior loved me so, and that is why He did willingly go.  No one would take His life, for He willingly gave up His life for His friends.  On the third day God did raise Him from the dead with many witnesses who were with Him, and after forty days saw Him in the clouds ascend.  Now sitting at the right hand of God, He will likewise return in the clouds from the east; to gather those who are in Him and He is in them for the Day of Redemption, the Wedding Banquet and dine at the Great Feast.  But until that Day comes, Jesus sent us a Helper, which is God the Holy Spirit who in-dwells  in our hearts; and we are sealed for the Day of Redemption as God will never leave us, nor will His Unfailing Love for us ever depart.  

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities; for we know not what we should pray for as we ought; but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

The Time Is Now: Rev.22:20 He who testifies to these things says,”Yes,I am coming soon.”

The time is now to repent unto the Lord and seek His Kingdom to come as the Lord’s Will shall be done

Don’t waste another moment seeking phony treasures, destruction will be on the earth, moon, and sun

Look all around you and what do you see?  Temporary idols that people adore and work hard to buy

The things people make with their hands while saying, “Spend your money on this, travel, here, there, fly

Go see all the exciting places, buildings, arts, shows, festivals, swimming pools, and fun things we’ve made

Large beautiful homes, electronics, luxury cars, expensive food, fine clothing, any and all things to persuade

The beautiful woman who surrounds herself with a rich man trades sex for money&things; she is a prostitute

The man who lusts after her will become one with the whore, and together they’re goal equals fleshly pursuit

Eyes are wide as they see all the pleasures around as the stomachs grow hungry for the gods whom they love

Speeches of the worldly say, “Me, Myself,&I” for they have only fake love with pleasures they seek more of

Never satisfied, hearts growing cold, hate, greed, and lust full of envy, murder, lies, and tyranny for wicked gain

Futile minds change the laws with falsehood speaking of what is evil is good accusing good as evil, so laws change

Looking at greed and all that it has to offer, do you really want that to have this in your heart, mind&soul?

What I see is unending misery with greed and lust as it is never happy, always fighting for rights as its goal

Rights that are inhumane and self serving which will ultimately hurt themselves and others along their way

Dark thoughts will spread like gangrene, ugly hearts full of evil and they in their ways will be overtaken that Day

Overtaken speaks of those who are evil will be taken and the righteous one who will be left standing to be raised

All will see the Coming of the Son of Man on the clouds of the east, the wicked mourn, the righteous to be saved

 

“The Lord’s Peace Will Guard Our Hearts And Minds In Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:4-8

The Lord is faithful and He alone has guided my heart to read this first for myself to know and understand in the Lord’s Wisdom and then also to share for my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.  Pray in the Spirit seeking the Lord’s Wisdom so your heart will know and understand this Truth in God’s Word so this will be another heart treasure to store.  Rejoice in the Lord always.  I will say it again: Rejoice!  Let your gentleness be evident to all.  The Lord is near.  Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.  Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.

When we renew our minds continually in the Lord, He is faithful to guard our hearts and minds in Christ.   We need to remember and this includes myself, how we are to humble our hearts before the Lord seeking Him with thanksgiving in all situations whether good or bad, and His peace will certainly guard us in our hearts and minds by the Power of the Holy Spirit of God.  It is by God alone that keeps our hearts and minds continually, striving not to sin, but when we do sin, confessing our sin, no matter how ugly it is, we need to say exactly what it is, recognizing how we are weak and relying only on the Power of God in our hearts that is being transformed until completeness in Christ Jesus takes place, which is the Day of Redemption.  It is not about us not sinning, nor is it about what we are doing that is so good.  But truly it is totally surrendering our hearts to the Lord by recognizing our fleshly weakness to rely solely on God the Holy Spirit of Truth to keep us moving toward the goal, our winning prize, Christ Jesus.  He is working through us, keeping our hearts aligned with God’s as we are joined together in our hearts with Christ Jesus.  The world says to be independent, but to Truly Grow in the Lord is to be completely dependent on the Lord for all things.  Guard your hearts by submission to the Lord with recognition of your weaknesses, this the Lord is speaking to me also.  Praise the Lord for all these trials, hardships, and pain!  Thank you God for this trouble!  You are forever faithful and are refining us!  Praise you, Lord for your help!  We are weak and you are strong!  I love you, my Father in heaven, my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, and my Wonderful Counselor, the Holy Spirit of Truth.

“Facing the murderer Satan” Is it a daring confrontation or Power of the Holy Spirit?

A few years ago I was plagued by many nightmares, waking up to countless horrors of reminders of things that I had suppressed deep in my conscience.  I did not want to remember nor deal with the pain of the past.  But truly what is dark must be revealed in the light and God kept speaking to my heart that I  needed to deal with the pain in order to move on and in doing so then I would not hold onto the pain.  You see, trying to pretend or forget about traumatic events only causes someone to hold onto the pain they are trying so desperately to forget and it always comes out.  God allowed for me to remember, though I fought it, it came to the light.  Evil had to be dealt with and ultimately I would come face to face with a serial killer and truly it wasn’t a daring confrontation, but rather the will of the Holy Spirit of God that allowed me to confront a murderer.  This murderer is full of pride, lies, destruction, hate, and continuous calamity.  The name of him is Satan and I did come face to face with him once in a vision of the night.  After the many nightmares of reminders of trauma were over, then came my confrontation with the devil, the murderer since the very beginning.  One night the Lord allowed Satan to come to me and surround me with his minion of other fallen angels that surrounded me with their bows and arrows pointed right at me.  Spiritual illness was plaguing my former church and the Lord had called me into a special type of fast with prayer regarding spiritual illness and sickness that was going around.

I suffered from a condition known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which many military soldiers who have been in the war suffer from, but also those who have witnessed, or experienced trauma can get this.  Some people that go through trauma don’t get PSTD.  How did I get this?  Quite simply by me pushing the memories deep and not dealing with the trauma at the time, causes those memories to be released.  The Lord is helping me through this as I am no longer the victim but a survivor as God is healing me.  I had a paralysis that is not visual to the outside world, but yet there are some who are insensitive and say, the past is the past.  True regarding that but God has compassion and works on healing those who suffer with getting past traumatic events.  This trauma changed my brain chemistry also since I was a child when this happened and young teen.  Many things had happened along the way making healing even harder.  But don’t judge based on the paralysis of someone that is suffering from being traumatized because truly they don’t want to focus on it and it is the opposite of what you may think.  If someone is hit by a car and survives but is paralyzed as a result which causes them to remain in a wheel chair, would you say to that person, you got hit 10 years ago, that is in the past?  The result of being hit is being paralyzed.  The result of the many traumas that I went through was for me to remain paralyzed in my brain that was changed due to what happened and without any thought to it.

Having unwanted memories of trauma doesn’t mean that the person isn’t forgiving the one who caused it, but rather it is the result and repeated trauma just continues to add to the injury, just like if the person who became physically paralyzed by being hit by a car, were to continue to be injured, then it would only become worse for healing to begin.  The Holy Spirit has power and through the believer can do many amazing things.  This is what has happened with me.  The night that I came face to face with the devil and his many fallen angels ready to shoot me, the Power of God came through me as I spoke with boldness to Satan after he spoke these words to me, “You will not do the Daniel fast and you will not pray to God.”  I looked right at him as there was no fear whatsoever and I saw him for who God had made him, which was beauty on the outside, then the Holy Spirit of God with Power through me said directly to Satan, “Get away from me, Satan.  I know what you are trying to do.”  Then at that moment, the dominion of fallen angels simultaneously shot their bows and arrows at me from which they all bounced right off of me and back to them.  As Satan watched this, he said nothing more and I woke from my vision of the night.  Truly when we confront evil head on in the Name of Jesus it is not at all a daring confrontation, but only a Spirit of Power.  Ephesians 6:10-17  Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything to stand.

STAND FIRM THEN, WITH THE BELT OF TRUTH BUCKLED AROUND YOUR WAIST, WITH THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN PLACE, AND WITH YOUR FEET FITTED WITH THE READINESS THAT COMES FROM THE GOSPEL OF PEACE.  IN ADDITION TO ALL THIS, TAKE UP THE SHIELD OF FAITH, WITH WHICH YOU CAN EXTINGUISH ALL FLAMING ARROWS FROM THE EVIL ONE.  TAKE THE HELMET OF SALVATION AND THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, WHICH IS THE SWORD OF THE WORD OF GOD.  

Children, have faith and courage in the Lord to speak boldly and go where He tells you

Paul formerly known as Saul persecuted the believers/disciples of Jesus until he met the Lord Jesus on the road to Damascus.  From there since his conversion, the Lord has revealed visions to speak boldly with faith and courage in the Lord.  We who are the children of God need not to be afraid, but rather we need to be encouraged as the Lord is faithful always to us and will give us His Words to speak.  When the Lord calls us to go in His Name to speak the gospel message, we need to not disobey Him by choosing to stay in our comfort zone, but instead Trust in Him always.  It is not what we say or how clever we speak, only it is the Power of the Holy Spirit of God that speaks through us to others.  Pray in the Holy Spirit of Truth to reveal God’s Wisdom and Knowledge in Acts 18: 5-11, 18-23  When Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself exclusively to preaching, testifying to the Jews that Jesus was the Christ.  But when the Jews opposed Paul and became abusive, he shook out his clothes in protest and said to them, “Your blood be on your own heads!  I am clear of my own responsibility.  From now on I will go to the Gentiles.”  Then Paul left the synagogue and went next door to the house of Titus Justus, a worshiper of God.  Crispus, the synagogue ruler, and his entire household believed in the Lord; and many of the Corinthians who heard him believed and were baptized.

One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent.  For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.”  So Paul stayed for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God.  Paul stayed on in Corinth for some time.  Then he left the brothers and sailed for Syria, accompanied by Priscilla and Aquila.  Before he sailed, he had his hair cut off at Cenchrea because of a vow he had taken.  They arrived at Ephesus, where Paul had left Priscilla and Aquila.  He himself went into the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews.  When they asked him to spend more time with them, he declined.  But as he left, he promised, “I will come back if it is God’s will.”  Then he set sail from Ephesus.  When he landed at Caesarea, he went up and greeted the church and then went down to Antioch.  After spending some time in Antioch, Paul set out from there and traveled from place to place throughout the region of Galatia and Phyrgia, strengthening the disciples.  Acts 19:1-17 While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus.  There he found some disciples and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”  They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there was a Holy Spirit.”  So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?”  “John’s baptism,” they replied.  Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance.  He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”  On hearing this, they were baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.  When Paul placed his hands on them the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.  There were about twelve men in all.

Paul entered the synagogue and spoke boldly there for three months, arguing persuasively about the kingdom of God.  But some of them became obstinate, they refused to believe and publicly maligned the Way.  So Paul left them.  He took the disciples with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus.   This went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord.  God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.  Some Jews went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon possessed.  They would say, “In the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.”  Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish Chief Priest, were doing this.  One day the evil spirits answered them, “Jesus I know, and I know about Paul, but who are you?”  Then the man who had the evil spirits jumped on them and overpowered them all.  He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding.  When this became known to the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with fear, and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor.

Speak as Paul regarding your conversion when you met Jesus.  Giving the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy for those who belong to the kingdom of God as it says in Revelation 19:10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him.  But he said to me, “Do not do it!  I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus.  Worship God!  For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”  Listen to Paul’s testimony in Acts 22:1-11 “Brothers and fathers, listen now to my defense.”  When they heard him speak to them in Aramaic, they became very quiet.  Then Paul said: “I am a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city.  Under Gamaliel I was thoroughly trained in the law of our fathers and was just as zealous for God as any of you are today.  I persecuted the followers of this Way to their death, arresting both men and women and throwing them into prison, as also the high priest and all the Council can testify.  I even obtained letters from them to their brothers in Damascus, and went there to bring these people as prisoners to Jerusalem to be punished.  About noon as I came near Damascus, suddenly a bright light from heaven flashed around me.  I fell to the ground and heard a voice say to me, ‘Saul!  Saul!  Why do you persecute me?’   ‘Who are you, Lord?’ I asked.  “I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you are persecuting.’ he replied.  My companions saw the light, but they did not understand the voice of him who was speaking to me.  “What shall I do, Lord?” I asked.  “Get up,” the Lord said, “and go into Damascus.  There you will be told all that you have been assigned to do.”  My companions  led me by the hand into Damascus, because the brilliance of the light had blinded me.

God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.  He does not change and He still chooses to speak to some of His children by audible voice in visions of both the day and night.  There are those whom I do know besides myself that has heard the audible voice of God.  I, too heard Him and can testify to hearing His voice in a vision of the night as God woke me up from a deep sleep.  I could not see Him, but truly I heard Him as He spoke these words to me on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 4:42 am “Take the time to read the Book of Job.” and He also said this to me in His audible voice while humbled to the ground, “I will put burning fire in your heart for Me that no one can ever put out!  You will go out and tell others about Me with fire in your heart.”   I am speaking the Truth of my conversion when I met Jesus on March 7, 2008 and a messenger of God placed something in my hand, closed it while speaking these words, “Here, this is for you,”  He quickly walked away not to be seen.  When I opened my hand the Holy Spirit opened the eyes of my heart to see Jesus as I saw these words and believed with all my heart on a cross that was given by God with the words, “I Jesus Lord.”  That is where I met Jesus and knew immediately in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God and my Lord and Savior.  I, like Paul, used to reject Jesus and His followers/believers/disciples/Christians.  I used to mock them with harsh criticism.  I am not saying that I did all the things that Paul did, but just merely comparing similarities to rejection and obstinate ways.  I did grow up in a true believing church, but later as a young adult, I became obstinate.  I had only head knowledge and therefore went away from God altogether, completely rejecting His Word.

Paul did not reject the God of his fathers, but was obstinate to the Truth of Jesus as the Messiah sent from God.  He had zeal for the Lord, where obviously I did not.  But the truth remains that Paul and I both were headed down the road of judgment and death along with permanent separation from God.  My grandfather used to take me to a Jewish synagogue as a child and I didn’t understand why or what we were doing there.  But he did speak to them as I witnessed his zeal for Jesus while he was working there.  He died when I was nine years old and later I found out the Truth about my grandpa.  He was an undercover FBI agent sent there to protect them from threats and violence.  He also was a preacher who preached in small churches.  I found all of this out later.  But I did witness my grandfather as he took care of the people in the synagogue and spoke of Jesus to them.  My grandfather was well respected by the Jewish community because he didn’t just do his protective duty, but truly cared for them and I didn’t understand until I was saved in 2008.  This is the reason why I say that God does not change and He alone chooses whom to reveal His audible voice to.  I mostly hear the Lord speak to my heart, but truly He has spoken to me in His audible voice waking me up and then awake, not able to see Him, and all that I could do was go to the ground on my knees in AWE of GOD!  I am still in AWE of GOD!  We need to have faith and courage in our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus and Listen to the Holy Spirit speak to our hearts, minds, and even our ears in visions of the day and night, those whom He chooses to do so, speaking boldly of our testimony of Jesus and go where he tells us to.  Praise the Lord as He is faithful always in the Name of Jesus, Amen!
