I am learning the hard way about how Satan is so sneaky that he sets traps that don’t look like a trap.  Truly I am dealing with this now in my marriage and relationship with my children and I know that it is Satan and the demon angels that work with him to seek to destroy and wreak havok on lives, especially those who are the children of God.  The first time I had an encounter with Satan, was when I first became a child of God in the name of Jesus.  I saw Satan and his many demon followers in a vision of the night.  I was for the first time getting ready to start a 7 day Daniel fast for spiritual strength for my former church.  The night before this, Satan and his evil angels were surrounding me with their bows and arrows.  They did not look scary at all, infact, they looked beautiful, but they were dark and ugly on the inside because nothing on the outside suggested they were evil.  Once surrounding me, they simultaneously shot their bows and arrows at me, but amazingly they bounced right off of me and didn’t hurt me.  Satan spoke to me face to face and said to me, “you will not do the Daniel fast and you will not pray to God.”  Looking at him directly in the eye, I said, “Get away from me Satan in the name of Jesus.  I know what you are trying to do.”  He thought that he could scare me with his many followers and their weapons of spiritual warfare and him demanding me not to do the Daniel fast and pray to God.  Satan conviently forgets how God made him beautiful on the outside and evil itself cannot be detected just by looking on the outside.  The myths of how the devil looks is absolutely not true, but his heart is so dark and evil on the inside, hard and full of pride.  Satan does know that those who are children of God have been given the authority in the name of Jesus to drive out demons and to resist him and his evil schemes.  Some people think that driving out demons is only for the disciples who were with Jesus and right after his resurrection.

But this is not true and another lie of the devil because he does know this and will attempt any and all things to cause problems and calamity.  Before Jesus ascended to heaven he gave the disciples many instructions and authority of power in his name and is given to believers who accept the gospel to be saved, baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; truly they shall have signs to follow them.  All believers have one or more spiritual gifts and those are the signs that will follow them.  God is the same today, yesterday, and tomorrow.  These signs are not just for those in the Bible, but for the believers who are given spiritual gifts as signs.  Those who reject this truth are like those whom the Bible speaks of in the last days as having a form of godliness but denying its power.  We cannot deny the power of God regarding all the signs in the new covenant of believers in Jesus.  Not all have these signs, but today there are those who have the gift of healing in the name of Jesus, today there are those in the body of Christ who have the gift of miracles, speaking in new tongues, driving out demons, and yes there are those who are prophets today with the gift of prophecy.  The prophets today do not add to the Bible or take anything away, but are guided for edification in the church.  Do not be decieved as those in the last days who deny the power of Jesus and is God the Son regarding this warning in 2 Timothy 3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power.  Have nothing to do with them.

Instead we ought to pray in the Holy Spirit who reveals the truth in our hearts and have faith in the power of the name of our Lord and Savior regarding all spiritual gifts in the new covenant.  Mark 16:15-19 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.  Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.  And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people and they will get well.”  After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.  Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it. 

The Bible tells of how the Lord worked with the disciples and confirmed His word by the signs that followed the disciples.  The last statement doesn’t mean it was the ending for the signs to follow, but in the Bible it is speaking of the Word of God and with the disciples that did this and confirmed it.  Prayerfully read verse 17-18:And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.  This says that when the disciples went into the world and preached the good news, for those who believe they were baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were believers and followers of Jesus, another name is disciple.  They also then were to obey the words of Jesus to go and make disciples and had the signs of those who believe in the name of Jesus and his authority and power.  Truly this is not just for the first disciples because it clearly states those who believe.  These are the Spiritual gifts of God to His children as it states in 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.  To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and still another the interpretations of tongues.  All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.

That was the last time Satan tried to frighten me in a vision of the night.  Full of pride, Satan thought that he could scare me or trick me somehow, but he is limited in his knowledge and God allowed me to see Satan and the many fallen angels that surrounded me, using their bows to throw the many arrows at me at the exact same time, the accuser Satan watched as they all bounced right off of me and right back to them.  Satan, knows ever since then that he doesn’t accomplish anything in coming directly to me with many angels, so he is now using other methods to torment me and God does allow this as it does keep me humble in God, although I am still a work in progress, that God uses bad things to refine His children with.  Ephesians 6:11, 16 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.  In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.  

God has given me the gift of prophecy from which He has given me visions of the night and day regarding the truth in the Bible.  What He shows me does not add nor take away from the Bible.  He puts words in my mouth to speak to others regarding their lives and His Word in the Bible.  The Lord shows me visions of things directly related to me and others in their lives.  I have seen in my visions of the night of both heaven and hell.  The Lord is instructing me when to share these things I have seen, which only confirms directly what is already written in the Bible along with scripture that Jesus spoke to me regarding the day of redemption, and I had only just became a child of God, not knowing much about what is written in the Bible, only to read later in the Bible what Jesus said to me in a vision of the night which confirmed what I heard from him and had seen about heaven.  There are many more things I will share, and write exactly all about it later as the Lord guides me.  What I write and speak of, I have not planned or thought out, infact it is only confirming the Spiritual gift of prophecy that  God has given me because everything that God reveals to me is already in the Bible.  His perfect timing is when messages are given for me to speak regarding the scripture that is already present.

The Lord is refining me by showing me that I need to daily surrender my heart to Him. To be in His will, my heart needs to remain contrite and poor in my spirit so I will know His power through my heart to bear witness..Thank you, Lord for causing my heart to mourn over any and all sin that I commit against you because I hurt you. No matter how big or small the sin is categorzied by people, the fact remains that a heart who surrenders to God and admits in his/her lowliness how they fail on their own and faith in God through the mediator Jesus does transform the heart once we truly repent in our heart our ways while believing in His power will receive as it is the will of God.  God has certainly been working on me the past week.  He had to get me to a place of disgust with the darkness deep in my heart that I was unaware of so it can be brought to the light to God and with my heart desiring Him alone and to hate and detest every thing that is sin against God.  Whether it is hate, idolotary, impure thoughts, ect.  All things that are unholy and sinful to God, we His children need to hate the sin and be disgusted with it.  We are also called to love all people including our enemies. 

God did bring me down to the pit of myself, He is faithful to show me and indeed I am being changed because there are no excuses for choosing sin, only that we are guilty of the choice.  Therefore whatever we do that is against God, we need to confess to Him and He is faithful to purify us from all unrighteousness and do this with a heart repentance, not just mere words.  With a true heart repentance and submission to God in the name of Jesus, our sin is blotted out.  Those who live in the dark without God will continue to do so because they refuse to bring it to the light and delight in evil.  The children of God are ashamed of their sin, repent and surrender their heart, and confess the evil they have done, to be purified and to continue in their walk with Jesus.

This world is full of beauty treatments and surgeries to change people into beautiful people.  Magazines are packed with ideas of how to apply creams, make up and hairstyles.  Men’s magazines are also targeting men to look into their physical appearance.  Women are told they aren’t beautiful if they don’t wear a size ?  It changes so much that I don’t know what it is today.  There was a time when women who were heavy set were considered the standard for beauty.  With all of these choices to pick to change yourself into the beautiful woman or handsome stud for men, which one is the best one?  I, also in the past was into trying new things to improve my physical appearance and in-fact as a teenager, I used to wish that I was a born a blonde haired, blue eyed bombshell.  I wasn’t happy that I was born with brown hair and eyes, and olive skin color/tan in the summer naturally.

I used to compare myself with others and looking into the mirror thinking, I am not pretty.  I never dyed my hair color or got into wearing make up and that has stayed with me. But I have tried to do things like change my hairstyle to fit in,ect.  With many years of unhappiness despite the fact that I have been told repeatedly by my mother, grandmother, husband, and children along with others ranging from friends to strangers that I am beautiful, I was not happy at all with my physical appearance.  Finally one day, I became the beautiful woman that God intended for me to be.  When I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I was instantly transformed inside my heart.  I am still a work in progress, but my beauty is from within because this amazing beauty secret never fades and only increases.  My heart has changed from ugly to beautiful for eternity.  Also, God showed me that I am not to compare myself with others for physical beauty and not look at myself as more beautiful than any other person because God created all people just the way He wanted.  We all have different attributes, but we are all beautiful on the outside.  What is missed out on beauty is the inside of people, the heart.  The heart is neglected regarding beauty because when our hearts are evil and dark, then it is true ugliness.  There is nothing pretty about rejecting Jesus, hate, jealousy, strife, pride, lust, greed, and self righteousness, ect the list goes on and on.

God is the only One who can transform and change the heart into the beauty that He intended for it to be from the start.  Once you realize how beautiful and perfectly you are made with the new heart by receiving the Holy Spirit of God, then you will know truly how wonderfully made you really are and give God the glory for everything.  Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.  Psalm 139:13-14 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

These words are true today as well as in the past.  Many people say that this is for the disciples when Jesus was here on the earth, however the words of Jesus are true and we cannot pick and choose what to believe in the Bible.  Jesus clearly said that those who believe and are baptized will have these signs which include healing of the hands to make others well.  The Lord is guiding me to these verses and the Holy Spirit has been showing me the Truth of these words.  The words’ those who believe’, apply for yesterday, today, and tomorrow.  Satan is trying to deceive the believers in Jesus by saying that this is only for the past.  Rebuke Satan in the name of Jesus and then pray for the Holy Spirit of God to show you the Truth of these words for all disciples who choose to believe in the name of Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  If you believe in the power of Jesus, then you will be able to heal the sick, drive out demons, speak in new tongues, and pick up snakes with your hands, as well as drink deadly poisen and not get hurt at all.  Do not test the Lord by trying to prove it is true by purposefully drinking poisen because it is a sin against God and only shows your unbelief.  This is meant for it to be shown only if someone does this to try to cause harm and it will hurt the true disciples of Jesus.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to rid you of any unbelief about these signs and He is faithful to do it.  Then God’s miracle in the name of Jesus will shine to those who witness these things.  However, there are those who are blinded by Satan just like the Pharisees, Saducees, Scribes, and teachers of the law who refused to believe Jesus because of their hardened hearts and blindness from Satan.  The Holy Spirit of God draws the believers whose hearts are ripe to believe, to see with the eyes of their hearts first the Truth of  Jesus as the Messiah of the world followed by the mind and soul.

I am still growing and learning in God’s Word with the guidence of the Holy Spirit about this and do know that we must also believe the signs that accompany us, the believers who are baptized and saved, that we have been given the authority to do these things as we go on the Great Commission to tell others the gospel of Jesus and baptize them with water and fire which is in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  Seek the Lord and He will show you this Truth and the words of Jesus are confirmed by the signs that we have within us by the power of the name of Jesus, it will be done for all those who believe.  Praise the Lord for He is faithful and His Words are True!  We are the hands that heal the sick and the feet to tell the gospel of Jesus so they may believe, be forgiven of their sins in Christ, and healed of their illness and ailments of kinds.

Hi precious people that God has created.  I hope you all are doing well.  Even if you are not doing well right now because of a circumstance in this life, we can still be of good cheer.  I know first hand how hard that can be and actually I am learning from God how what He guides me to write about is also to help me.  The Lord works in mysterious ways to answer our prayers and I can honestly tell you that He has done that this very morning with me.  I am a very emotional person and God is teaching me and training me in my heart with His Word to give Him everything of myself to Him.  So, this morning I did just that and I prayed for God to show me and help me to deal with the bad circumstances of this life and be focused on Him instead.  His answered prayer came to my heart and mind this morning with Biblical scripture regarding a cheerful heart.  The Lord has also guided me to share this with all people, for those who are in Christ Jesus and sealed for the day of redemption; this is encouragment for you my brothers and sisters to stay strong in the Lord because of the words of Jesus in Luke 6:20-23 “Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.  Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied.  Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh.  Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man.  “Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven.  For that is how their fathers treated the prophets. 

Those of you who don’t know Jesus or have a relationship with him, please know that God does love you so much and wants to give you the only true joy in the midst of problems.  Also you will have a relationship with God the Father through Jesus who is God’s Son.  As humans we have ways that are against God naturally and since God never forces anyone to choose the right way, we have all went away from God.  Jesus is God the Son who came to earth, born of the virgin Mary and he was fully human and fully God.  He is the Living Word of God and taught people about God.  He never sinned but he was tempted just as we are.  He died on the cross for our sins and God did raise him from the dead on the 3rd day and that is why we celebrate Easter.  There were many witnesses to his resurrection and he stayed with his followers for 40 days.  Also there were witnesses to Jesus ascending to heaven and now he is with his Father.  Once he ascended to heaven, he sent the Holy Spirit to live in the hearts of the believers.  The Holy Spirit is God, but we are not a god, we only have the Holy Spirit of God who reminds us of God’s Word and transforms our hearts into the likeness of Jesus.  If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God, died on the cross for your sins, and rose again on the 3rd day, then you will be saved and be risen again one day when Jesus returns to gather those who are saved.  Do you want to know God and have a relationship with him?  If yes, then admit to God you need a Savior and believe that Jesus is your Lord and Savior who came to earth, died on the cross for your sins, and rose again on the 3rd day.  Pray for Jesus to come into your heart and life and he will give you the Holy Spirit of God and you will instantly be born again in the Kingdom of God.  Then confess to others that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.  John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

The wind blows wherever it may please;  people can testify to hearing its sound, yet no one sees

No one knows where it comes from or where it goes;  science cannot dispute its existence, or explain how it came to be, for nobody knows

This is also true of the Spirit of God that we cannot see; Yet people can testify to hearing His voice calling them very clearly

Just like the wind, science cannot dispute God’s existence and disprove empowering evidence logically; The Spirit of God draws people to Jesus, His Son with eyes of hearts now able to see

Once blinded by Satan and yes, he does exist, too, although he is limited in knowledge and power for what he’s allowed to do

There is nothing at all scary of the physical appearance of Satan and his evil demon angels, for they only cause calamity by tricking and deceiving, blinding those whose hearts are already too hard, not ripe for believing

The One to truly fear is the Lord God above, All Powerful and Mighty with Infinite Love

Perfect in all of His thoughts and ways; His holiness won’t tolerate sin, He already made His perfect plan to prolong our days

Fear God’s Wrath of eternal damnation and permanent separation from Him; Listen to the Spirit when He draws you to Jesus, who is more precious than any gem

John 3:8 The wind blows wherever it pleases.  You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going.  So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

The Holy Spirit of God is speaking to my heart urgently to share with you this message in His Holy Word regarding pride.  It started with a beautiful cherub angel with intelligence that God ordained in the garden of Eden.  Ezekiel 28:13-16  You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you:  ruby, topaz, and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire, turquoise and beryl.  Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared.  You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you.  You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones.  You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness found you.  Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned.  So, I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelled you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones.  God gives angels and people free will to choose to obey Him.  However, there are consequences when we disobey our Father in heaven.  Pride is an easy trap for us to fall into so this is why we must be on alert of the devil’s schemes.  Satan’s ways are not always so obvious, so we must keep our heart in check with God daily and through out the day.  Ecclesiastes 7:8  The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride.

We live in a world where pride is growing in many different ways.  We get impatient and want things done right now and on our own terms.  But we must remember that it is about God and not ourselves.  Also, our talents, skills, knowledge, and physical appearance are used in comparison with others.  We either look down on others thinking we are better than they are, or we look down on ourselves for not measuring up somehow.  We must put the truth of ourselves in perspective and give God the glory for any and all talents, skills, and knowledge that we have.  We are all created equal in the image of God and He gives different levels of intelligence and skills, however, it is equal in value to Him.  No one is greater than another human being.  We didn’t create ourselves and therefore we cannot give ourselves credit for our amazing abilities on this earth.  Also, we cannot look down on others who have a different level of knowledge or skill than we have.  This is all for the glory of God and all people were created for Him to worship Him.  Sadly there are those who reject God and His Son.  Pray to God in the name of Jesus to keep your heart humble and give Him all the glory regarding your gifts, talents, knowledge, and don’t compare one to another.  We need to love and forgive because of Jesus who died and rose again so those who accept Him in their heart will be forgiven by God.

God spoke through the prophets of old, telling them of the new covenant He would make

Fortelling of Jesus, who would come as His Living Word, a perfect Lamb, His life no one would take

Because He would willingly give it, as it is the will of His Father who sent Him here on this earth

To speak of God’s Word and uphold the law of Moses, through His death and resurrection, for us a new birth

As it says in John 3:16 that Jesus spoke of to tell all who would listen, that if they believe in Him, God’s Son

They would not perish but have eternal life with our Father, grafted in our new family of believers as a body of one

Once He gave up His Spirit, it was complete, buried in the tomb, those who disbelieved thought He was dead

But, God in His infinite power raised Jesus up on the 3rd day, alive in His glory, with many witnesses testifying instead

There were witnesses to Jesus ascending into the clouds to be at the right hand of God, now a Helper he has sent

Which is the Holy Spirit of God, to those who believe in Jesus would receive Him in hearts to see their own sin and repent

2 Corinthians 4:4   The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.  2 Peter 3:3  First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.  Ephesians 6:12  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Proverbs 19:28-29  A corrupt witness mocks at justice, and the mouth of the wicked gulps down evil.  Penalties are prepared for mockers, and beatings for the backs of fools.

These are the last days and no one except our Father in heaven knows when the last day of this world is, so we must put on the armor of God and continue to tell others the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 6:13-18  Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may able stand your ground, and after you have done everything to stand.  Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.  In additon to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.  Take the helmet of salvation and the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.  And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.  With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
