Unfading Inner Beauty In The Lord: Proverbs 31:30 KJV

Flashback: I was accepted into John Casablancas Elite Model Management in the summer of 1998 at the age of 24. My main passion has always been writing, but when I was younger I also wanted to become a model with the encouragement of family and friends who kept telling me that I should look into it. So, when John Casablancas called me with the news that they wanted to train and represent me as one of their models I was super excited. Now that I’m a new creation in Christ Jesus I realize that true beauty comes from within. PROVERBS 31:30 FAVOR IS DECEITFUL, AND BEAUTY IS VAIN; BUT A WOMAN THAT FEARETH THE LORD, SHE SHALL BE PRAISED. KJV

The parable of the Pharisee and the publican: Take heart Luke 18:9 – 14 KJV

And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
